Terms of Use
The terms on which you may use this website. Platform subscriptions and bespoke projects are governed by their own signed agreements.

What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of activemanage.co.uk and its documentation. By using the site you accept them; if you do not, please stop using it.
These are website terms only. If you subscribe to the ActiveManage platform or engage us for a bespoke build, that relationship is governed by the Master Services Agreement, order form and data processing agreement you sign. Where those documents and this page conflict, those documents win.
Who you are contracting with
ActiveManage Ltd, company number 10448163, registered in England and Wales at ActiveManage Ltd., Enterprise Centre, David Lane, Basford, Nottingham, NG6 0JU. Contact: info@activemanage.co.uk.
How you may use the site
You may read, print and share pages from this site for your own business evaluation, and quote from our documentation with attribution. You may not:
- Scrape, harvest or bulk-download the site or its documentation, or use it to train a machine learning model, without our written permission
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account or data, or probe, scan or test the security of our infrastructure without a written engagement
- Introduce malware, or attempt to disrupt or overload the service
- Reproduce our branding or hold yourself out as connected to us
- Use the site for anything unlawful, or in breach of anyone else's rights
We welcome good-faith security research. Report anything you find to info@activemanage.co.uk before disclosing it, and we will not pursue you for it.
Intellectual property
The site, its content, the ActiveManage platform and the ActiveManage name and logo belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. Nothing here transfers any of that to you.
What we build for you is a different matter. Under a bespoke engagement, the application we deliver — its source, schema, data and configuration — is yours, as set out in your agreement. The platform it runs on remains licensed to you rather than sold.
Accuracy and availability
We work hard to keep the site and documentation accurate, but they are provided for general information. Product capabilities, pricing indications and roadmap statements may change, and nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance or a contractual commitment.
We do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice. Service levels for the platform itself are in your subscription agreement, not here.
Links to other sites
Where we link to a third party we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, and because this site is provided free of charge: we exclude all implied warranties to the fullest extent the law allows, and we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, anticipated savings, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Our total liability arising from your use of this website is limited to £100.
If you are a consumer rather than a business, you keep your statutory rights and this section does not reduce them.
Privacy and cookies
How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, and what we store on your device in our Cookie Policy. Both form part of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies, so please check back. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
